COVID 19 and Prevention of Communicable Disease

• please do not enter the clinic if showing signs of communicable disease such as but not limited to:

  • cough

  • shortness of breath

  • fever

  • nausea, vomit, diarrhea

  • sneezing, nasal congestion (not allergy related)

• if showing signs of Covid 19 one should get tested and stay home until symptoms subside

• patients are asked to cancel / rebook their appointment if not feeling well. There will be no charge for this.
